W550, stylish walkman phone

After the great success of W800, Sony released a new handset for its walkman series. It is called W550, this handset is quite different from its predecessor W800 which was a candy bar shape, W550 adopted swivel style so as to fit other segments. The different does not only lies on its shape and design but also its specification. W550 does not have an external slot memory, but it has a 512 MB internal memory. This handset is equipped with 1,3 megapixel camera. The differences are there since this handset is dedicated for mid-end users. However, this handset is amazing and very stylish

In the first quarter of 2005 Sonny Ericsson shocked the gadget world by releasing the first walkman phone series. It is called W800.

Walkman was actually Sonny's trade mark for its music player, which initially was a portable music player for cassettes based with headsets.
